While my affections tend more toward the equine rather than the porcine, I couldn’t help but notice these rather cute piggies at the Bunratty Folk Park when we ventured there one morning last spring.
Sporting the latest in mud wear, these pork belly buddies seemed perfectly content rummaging around their spacious pig pen of ancient stone construction.
Eventually they were curious enough about our curiosity with them to mug for the camera. This was particularly so when tempted from their mucky comfort zone by a few fresh blades of grass placed strategically on top of the wall.
They seemed to enjoy our brief visit. I hope you’ve enjoyed yours …
Thanks for stopping by …
Dorothy 🙂
