… and still further down the highway we encountered this dramatic vari-coloured vista.
This may be the last in the series, or not. I’m not sure. We’ll see how the spirit moves me.
And this is how I’ve been learning to live … as the spirit moves.
As I recover from adrenal fatigue I can push myself only so much.
I’m learning to release the need to be doing all the time. I’m learning to let go of having an agenda — instead I plan a few things loosely into my day and if they happen, they happen … if they don’t, well …
Recovery demands time and space and rest, and that’s what I’m learning to give it.
Embracing a more “go with the flow” style of living is helping me to get rid of the shackles of needing to be perfect; of needing to be “doing” all the time. Finally I’m learning that to “be” is enough.
Finally …

Hi Dorothy,
I guess I just live one day at a time now. I’ve been swimming upstream all summer and look forward to going with the flow this fall. Sometimes life just throws you off your desired path and a battle with exhaustion ensues. The angels sent in to help are quite amazing! They must be part of the general scheme of things.
Your picture suggests to me a vein of gold running between two very dark layers of cloud. Perhaps that’s what day to day life is like.
Best regards,
