I gave this a lot of thought.
I could have posted images of an icy wonderland that has brought both sorrow and joy this week. But I’m going to save that for another day.
The joy I share is a moment in time a couple of years ago on Bear’s 10th birthday.
I happened to be in the right place at the right time to catch him having a joyful romp with his buddy, Sam.
I make no apologies for the fact a couple of these images may have appeared before.
This is where my eyes and heart have taken me today. On Tuesday Bear will say goodbye to his buddy of nearly seven years when we move to a different barn to begin a new adventure.
Needless to say this is very top of mind.
Also, I like the fact there isn’t even a hint of snow or ice to be seen. 😉
Herewith my boy’s joy …
Thank you for visiting …
Dorothy 🙂

Lovely, nice take on the theme.
Thank you! 🙂
wonderful, joyful photos. May the move go smoothly for Bear and may both he and Sam find new good friends.
Thank you. so far, so good. Bear has two new friends that he hangs out with and I know Sam was going to be making a pile of new friends in the group paddock. Where I may have been concerned before, I am not anymore. 😉 … Thank you for stopping by and showing your concern. … Be well, Dorothy 🙂
Lovely shots!
Thank you … 🙂

Can’t stop myself worrying that good friends are being parted and they will grieve – as they do !
Yes, they do. But it may assure you to know that within 18 hours of his arrival he was out making new friends and appears to be happy as a lamb. 🙂 …
Fabulous images Dorothy! Hope Bear will find a new companion to be happy with.
Thank you. I have no doubt that my little social butterfly will be making friends in no time. 😉 … Happy New Year!!!
A very happy new year to you too Dorothy! Looking forward to seeing the world through so many eyes 🙂
