Into the Fray

Fray: conflict

A carriage horse moves into a mob of tourists clogging the high-traffic artery between the Piazza Della Signoria and the Piazzale Degla Uffizi in Firenze.

For the equine this is going “into the fray.”

I know this horse is used to his job but still, what a brave soul.

Thanks, Tina. I had fun with this one. I remember thinking how neat it was that this tour group had opted to identify each other through such colourful hats, so I wanted to pop them up in the black and white to illustrate a bit of chaos and colour in the fray. 🙂
