It’s a balmy -20C with -30C wind chill in Southern Ontario.
This image of a fiery Japanese Maple leaf caught in a shiver of ice in early December pretty much illustrates what we’re in for today.
Ah, the joys of a Canadian winter …
Thanks for visiting,

Yes, always best to look on the bright side … 🙂 Thanks for stopping by …
Beautiful, but YIKES! That is cold!
Yes, it is. We have a week of it, though today it’s warming up to a balmy -10C with -20C windchill. Almost shirt sleeve weather … 😉
I too have found the ice and cold to be providing tremendous beauty everywhere … too bad most are sitting indoors and complaining 🙂
Truthfully, I was looking through my kitchen window when I took this shot. Too icy out at the time. Still, today I was out in the sub-zero world for most of the day and it was okay. I was layered too, though. 😉 … Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment. Be well … Dorothy
Gorgeous!!
Thank you! 😊
This is a lovely shot.
