Weekly Photo Challenge: Symmetry
The ancient symmetry of beautiful York Minster
I’m always in awe when surveying the construction and workmanship of these ancient sacred spaces.
Their symmetry is perfect. Just how did those architects, stonemasons and engineers do this way back when?
It’s kind of humbling to think that this incredible edifice, which has already been here hundreds of years, will be here long after I’m gone.
Thanks for visiting …

Dortothy, stunning place. I only wish more people actually used these cathedrals and churches for their original purpose.
Thank you … And I agree …
Thank you …
Yes, isn’t it … 😊
Yes, me too. Sacred geometry I suppose.
How I love these architectural designs of cathedral. Just magnificent.
Me too … They’re among my favourite go-to sites when we visit Europe … 🙂
Wow! I love old architecture. This is so beautiful!
Yes, it is. I was totally awestruck when I saw it. Do glad we were allowed to photograph. Not all churches allow it. … Thanks for stopping by. 😊
