Interesting week. Another layer of life’s onion has been peeled back, revealing old negative energy needing to be released. Fortunately I understand its source and so am willing, able and happy to do it. Who wants to hold on to old stuff anyway?

I’m also happy to have horses in my life to help keep me grounded at times like this.

This is Contendor.
Small in stature but big in spirit, he is the source of much contemplation for people engaged in equine experiential learning at the farm where I received my certification.

I’m looking forward to spending some time with him tomorrow.
