It’s Thanksgiving Sunday in Canada.

In a complex and complicated world I give thanks for life’s simple pleasures. Dew drops on asparagus fronds dazzle and delight the eye early on an autumn morning. In that moment not a care, just a reassuring sense that I can choose where I put my focus and how I allow it to impact my feelings of well being.

I wish you well being and happiness wherever you are, and give thanks for your presence and support of my creative expression.
